Pearls Events has updated their packages

Aletha of Pearls Events has updated her prices and packages! If you are looking for someone to help you with your wedding or event planning, or just someone to set up and take care of vendors, she is the gal to go to! And she is giving a discount to those who book before the end of December!
Here is the info:



pearls package #1, day-of coordination $300 – This package is for every bride! I will first meet with you to go over your wedding day. My main focus will be finalizing your timeline and making sure everything goes as planned the day of your wedding. I will be the contact that day for all of your vendors from the cake and the DJ to the caterers and the photographer. I will attend the rehearsal to meet parents, wedding party, officiant, musicians, etc. and then arrive early the next day. I will be yours from early morning hair appointments until the last guest leaves. This package can also include set-up and décor as outlined in package #4 for an additional $100 ($25 discount). Throughout the planning process, I am available via phone and email for advice, and other minor planning items. This package includes the following:

• Meet with couple for initial consultation
• Review timelines for both the ceremony and reception
• Second meeting with couple within one month of wedding date to confirm plans
• Assist at rehearsal with proper procedures and etiquette
• Unlimited emails and phone calls throughout planning process

• On-site consultation with ceremony and reception venues
• Rehearsal and ceremony coordination and on-site troubleshooting
• Confirm that ceremony and reception venue have been set up properly, and assist as contracted
• Confirm all vendors arrive on time, and complete tasks as contracted
• Assist with flower distribution and pinning of boutonnieres
• Assist wedding party, families, vendors and guests on wedding day

• Placement of favors, name cards, table numbers, seating charts, cake knife & server, etc. at reception venue
• Placement of guest book at ceremony and reception
• Remain throughout wedding and reception to ensure proper timeline of events and proceedings is obtained
• Distribute payment to vendors, as needed, on couple’s behalf
• Remain after at reception to make sure all guests have left and work with facility manager to clean according to contract of venue
• Confirm all cards, gifts and personal items have been removed and given to proper person on couple’s behalf

pearls package #2, pearls basic planning $750 – This is the package for those busy brides who have a good idea of what they want, but do not have time to figure how to get there. I will work alongside of the couple from day one to help you pull together ideas, details, plus will work on the big picture. I will suggest vendors in your price range, suggest ideas for favors, invites, color schemes, flower choices, etc. Phone calls, emails and face-to-face meetings will help your planning process come along smoothly. When your wedding day arrives, everything will be ready. I will attend your wedding as the day-of-coordinator outlined above. I will be there to answer any questions, give some advice you may need and be there the day of your wedding to make sure everything goes as planned.

package #3, pearls ultimate planning $1500 – This is the package for those busy brides that do not have the time to sit down with each and every vendor, call the caterers, shop for favors, order personalized napkins, etc. I will work alongside of the couple from day one to pull together the wedding you both want. I will suggest & interview vendors in your price range, shop for tuxes, assemble tedious favors, manage your guest list, help with the table assignments, and will be there when you need me for all those little details.

Phone calls, emails and face-to-face meetings will help your planning process come along smoothly. When your wedding day arrives, everything will be ready. I will attend your wedding as outlined above. I will be your right hand gal through your entire engagement and up to your first day as a married couple.

package #4, decorate/design/set-up $125 – This package is designed for the do-it-yourself bride with too little time for the actual set-up of the event. If you have a vision for your venues, but time does not permit you to set up your centerpieces AND get your hair done at the same time, let’s talk! I will meet with you to go over your vision and then pull together everything on your wedding day. You will not need to worry about time constraints, or sending Aunt Millie to do anything for you.
